Robotic Partial Nephrectomy
The gold-standard kidney-preserving operation for renal masses of all complexities. Mr Sri performs retroperitoneal robotic partial nephrectomy as his default approach — one of the highest-volume practices of its kind in Europe. Suitable for tumours other centres decline to treat with kidney preservation.

Nerve-sparing removal of the prostate using the da Vinci system. The precision of robotic technique preserves the sphincter and neurovascular bundles critical to continence and potency recovery — with outcomes that exceed open or laparoscopic approaches in experienced hands.
Kidney cancer
Robotic Radical Nephrectomy
Minimally invasive removal of the whole kidney where partial nephrectomy is not oncologically feasible. Retroperitoneal and transperitoneal approaches used according to anatomy. Lymph node dissection performed where indicated by EAU guidelines.
Upper tract cancer (UTUC)
Robotic Nephroureterectomy
Removal of the kidney, ureter, and bladder cuff for upper tract urothelial carcinoma — the standard surgical treatment for UTUC. Lymph node dissection performed per EAU guidelines. All patients require subsequent surveillance cystoscopy.

Robotic Pyeloplasty
Gold-standard reconstruction of the pelvi-ureteric junction for PUJ obstruction. Anderson-Hynes dismembered technique performed robotically. Over 90% long-term success in restoring drainage. Stent removed by outpatient cystoscopy at 4–6 weeks.

Robotic Ureteric Reimplantation
Definitive repair for lower ureteric stricture. Psoas hitch and Boari flap techniques used where additional length is required. Stent in situ for 4–6 weeks, removed by outpatient cystoscopy.

Wristed instruments, 10× magnification, and three-dimensional vision allow dissection and suturing in confined spaces inaccessible by open or conventional laparoscopic techniques. In nerve-sparing and reconstructive surgery, this precision directly determines functional outcomes.
