Robotic precision.
Exceptional outcomes.
Compassionate care.
High-volume robotic kidney and prostate cancer surgery, minimally invasive urology and complex reconstruction — by one of the UK's most experienced robotic urological surgeons at some of London's leading private hospitals.
Precision. Volume.
Surgical mastery.
Mr Sri graduated from the University of Cambridge with a double first and was works as a Consultant Urologist at St George's University Hospital & Kingston Hospital. He subspecialises in robotic kidney and prostate surgery, including robotic assisted radical prostatectomy & is among a select group of European surgeons who perform robotic retroperitoneal partial nephrectomy — a kidney-preserving technique he introduced to South West London, including for the most complex tumours.
Since his consultant appointment in 2021, he performs over 200 robotic procedures annually, leads the RCS-accredited robotic surgical fellowship at St George's, and accepts tertiary referrals for prostate cancer & complex kidney cancer cases from across the UK.
Current positions
of clinical
leadership
Mr Sri holds six concurrent NHS leadership roles across St George's and the wider South West London urology network.
Complex Robotic
Kidney & Prostate Surgery
Kidney Cancer & Robotic Partial Nephrectomy
Mr Sri is one of the UK's leading kidney cancer surgeons. He performs robotic retroperitoneal partial nephrectomy — a nephron-sparing approach he introduced to South West London — as his default technique, even for the most complex tumours. 0% conversion to open surgery.
- Retroperitoneal robotic partial nephrectomy (all complexities)
- Robotic radical nephrectomy and adrenalectomy
- Tertiary referrals accepted from across the UK
- 0% open conversion rate · 97% trifecta rate
Prostate Cancer & Robotic Radical Prostatectomy
Mr Sri is one of London's leading robotic prostatectomy surgeons, performing nerve-sparing robotic radical prostatectomy with a focus on preserving continence and erectile function. He offers a complete pathway from diagnosis through to surgery and follow-up.
- Nerve-sparing robotic radical prostatectomy
- >90% continence at 1 year
- mpMRI and targeted transperineal biopsy
- Full pathway from PSA to surgery and surveillance
Haematuria & Raised PSA
Blood in the urine and a raised PSA both require prompt specialist assessment to exclude malignancy. Same-week appointments available. No GP referral required for private consultation.
- Flexible cystoscopy and urine cytology
- mpMRI and targeted transperineal biopsy
- CT urogram and staging imaging
- Same-week appointments available
Prostate Enlargement (BPH)
The full range of BPH treatments, from minimally invasive day-case options to surgical alternatives — selected and tailored to your symptoms, anatomy and lifestyle.
- Rezum water vapour therapy
- Aquablation (robotic-assisted)
- HoLEP and Greenlight laser
- Ejaculatory-preserving options available
Reconstruction, Pyeloplasty & Upper Tract Surgery
Complex robotic reconstruction of the urinary tract, including pyeloplasty for pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction, ureteric stricture and upper tract surgical conditions.
- Robotic pyeloplasty (PUJ obstruction)
- Robotic ureteric reconstruction
- Robotic nephrectomy and adrenalectomy
- LUTS, recurrent UTIs and vasectomy
Second Opinion
A considered, evidence-based independent review of your diagnosis and treatment plan. Mr Sri offers second opinions for kidney cancer, prostate cancer, BPH and haematuria — in person or by video consultation.
- Independent review of imaging and histology
- Appraisal of proposed treatment plan
- Alternative management options discussed
- Video consultations available
Minimally invasive.
Maximum precision.
The robotic platform enables precise three-dimensional dissection through small incisions — reducing blood loss, wound complications and recovery time while maintaining the highest oncological standards.
Mr Sri performs robotic retroperitoneal partial nephrectomy as his default approach — even for the most complex, high-RENAL score tumours — achieving a 0% conversion to open rate and a 97% trifecta outcome (minor complications).
For prostate cancer, Mr Sri performs nerve-sparing robotic radical prostatectomy with a focus on preserving continence and erectile function — with continence rates exceeding 90% at one year.
